Tasha Alach

Director & Principal Consultant at Autism Inclusive

Tasha Alach is a highly experienced and compassionate professional with over 25 years of expertise in supporting autistic individuals across all life stages, from early intervention to adulthood. With a degree in Occupational Therapy and a Master's in Learning and Coordination Disabilities, Tasha has dedicated her career to creating inclusive environments where neurodiverse individuals and their families can thrive.

 

During her time as Director at the Autism Association, Tasha led large multi-disciplinary teams of over 300, therapists and educators, overseeing services that supported more than 2,000 autistic individuals annually. She has also been instrumental in establishing and operating multiple Early Intervention and long day care centres, providing personalised support across home, school, and community settings.

Tasha is deeply passionate about early identification and access to intervention, believing that these are critical factors in creating positive, lifelong outcomes. She has worked extensively with schools and community organisations, empowering them to build the confidence and capacity needed to support and include autistic individuals.

 

As an experienced trainer, Tasha has delivered professional development to educators, allied health professionals, and families across Western Australia, nationally, and internationally. She enjoys working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for students, and under her leadership, the team at Autism Inclusive is committed to integrating best practices in Autism Early Intervention into educational frameworks, ensuring children and their families are supported in every aspect of daily life.

 

Tasha has also authored several publications, and authored several research papers, designed to help educators implement best practices in supporting neurodiverse learners.

Tasha is a part owner and Director of Greenhouse Paediatrics Pty Ltd an organisation providing multidisciplinary neuroaffirming support for children and families. Tasha serves on the Board of Directors and works part time in the capacity of Allied Health Manager assisting in the on-boarding of personnel and driving the culture in customer focused therapy provision.

Ciara-Lucy Forrest

Senior Speech Pathologist & Clinical Supervisor

Ciara-Lucy Forrest is a highly experienced senior speech pathologist with a passion for supporting individuals with complex communication, eating, drinking, and behavioural needs.  Ciara-Lucy offers clinical supervision to new and experienced clinicians, both online and in-person. With a career spanning over 12 years, she has held key roles including Senior Speech Pathologist at Belong Health and the Autism Association, and P3 Speech Pathologist in the Northern Territory Department of Education. She is also an Augmentative and Alternative Communication specialist (AAC) having worked as an AAC consultant at Liberator and other organisations supporting individuals with complex communication needs. Ciara-Lucy is dedicated to enhancing the participation and quality of life for individuals with communication needs. She brings her extensive experience to her private practice, Ciara-Lucy Forrest Therapy, where she continues to provide evidence-based interventions and clinical supervision to allied health professionals.

Specialist Education Support Teacher & Training Workshop Facilitator

Asha is a Specialist Education Support Teacher at Christ Church Grammar School, Claremont, in the Peter Moyes Centre, with extensive experience in creating learning environments that empower students with disabilities to thrive. With over 15 years of experience supporting autistic children, Asha has honed her expertise in autism, behaviour management, and addressing complex learning needs. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies from Griffith University and a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education
from Edith Cowan University. Asha has a natural ability to lead educators, building their confidence to support children with challenging behaviours and learning needs, ensuring they have the tools to create inclusive and effective educational settings.

Rhona Bloger

Dual Qualified Speech Pathologist & Teacher

Rhona is a highly skilled dual-qualified speech pathologist and teacher, dedicated to programming and facilitating all sessions for Chatty Bugs. She offers evidence-based, individualised support in literacy and speech/language development through telehealth and mobile services. Rhona's expertise ensures that children receive personalised care to develop critical communication skills, with services ranging from 1:1 literacy and speech/language support to playgroups for younger children. Her sessions are designed to foster language development and social engagement in fun, supportive environments.
