1. Booking Confirmation

By completing the booking process, the participant confirms their reservation for the workshop selected. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

 

2. Payment

The total cost of the workshop is as shown on the webpage. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Notice Requirement: Participants must notify the organizer at least 72 hours before the workshop to cancel their booking.

 

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the workshop will receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the workshop are not eligible for a refund.

 

No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their payment.

 

4. Workshop Changes and Cancellations

The organizer reserves the right to:

 

Cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Make changes to the workshop content, facilitators, or location if necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

 

5. Participant Responsibilities

 

Participants are responsible for:

Arriving on time and prepared for the workshop.

Bringing necessary materials as specified in pre-workshop communications.

​

Adhering to the workshop guidelines and respecting the facilitators and other participants.

 

6. Liability Waiver

The workshop organizer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the workshop. Participants agree to attend at their own risk.

 

 

7. Confidentiality

Participants agree to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets discussed during the workshop.

 

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Western Australia.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the booking process and making payment, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

10. Photo Consent

During Autism Inclusive workshops, photos, videos, or other forms of media may be taken for promotional and educational purposes. By attending the workshop, participants consent to their image being used in Autism Inclusive’s marketing materials, social media, website, or other publications.

If Participants do not consent to the use of their image, they must inform Autism Inclusive in writing before the start of the workshop.
